A vehicle was purchased by someone due to me not having enough credit to get it in my name. I have a power of attorney over the vehicle, I make the payments, and insure the vehicle. Now this person decides they want the car and will not reimburse me for my expenses. What are my options…. how could I put the vehicle in my name?
