Can I find out who illegally claimed me as a dependent to irs?

My taxes were Amoxil price done by HR Block and supposed to be filed electronically. My claim were rejected by IRS because they say that someone has claimed me as a dependent. HR Block is now filing by mail and they say that they are straightening this out after I sign over power of attorney to them, My question is whether or not I have the right to find out who this person is.
